In order to continually provide a great experience for everyone, please arrive alone, at or just before (no more than 10 minutes) your scheduled appointment time. No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced (breastfeeding babies or an aid for our disabled guests are okay). Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parent or an adult (at least 21 years of age) during the entire appointment unless approval has been given. You will be held financially responsible for any items broken or destroyed by you or children that you are responsible for. Although we would hate to turn anyone away, we hold the right to refuse service to unruly customers and may ask you to leave or wait outside if disturbances occur during your visit.
All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule prior to the 24 hour window, your deposit may be transferred to another appointment (once per deposit). If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour window, you will forfeit the deposit, so please reschedule accordingly. No shows are responsible for total amount scheduled before being able to reschedule. We strive to be as understanding as possible, so communication is key! Accommodations will be made based on certain circumstances.
We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of total scheduled service. No shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of scheduled service (if no card is on file, you will not be able to rebook until payment has been made in full). After two (2) no show appointments, you will no longer be able to book with us. If your payment declines, you will not be able to reschedule until the full payment due for services plus a $25 late fee has been paid.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $20 fee will be added to your total. After 15 mins, you will be considered a no show and the card on file will be charged the full price of scheduled service.
Acceptable payments are cash, or the card stored on file. We will also accept a different card, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay for an additional fee.
Any client on a recurring schedule will be placed on a monthly membership program which allows you to keep your recurring schedule. This membership fee will be $10 per month for appointments recurring Tuesday through Thursday, and $20 for appointments scheduled Friday through Sunday. With this membership you will be allowed to reschedule or cancel up to three (3) times within a six (6) month time frame before you are removed from the recurring schedule. If you are removed for any reason, there will be a $25 re-enrollment fee to be placed back on a schedule based on availability, otherwise, you will be asked to manually rebook any future appointments. This monthly membership fee does not go towards the total of any service.
Please complete any required forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. To ensure the quality of our work and avoid any fees, we hold the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if a form necessary to properly execute a service has not been completed by requested time (48 hours prior to appointment).
Although we are striving to always be open to service everyone, we may have to sometimes slow down the traffic flow for our regular guests. Please note that after 6 months of not being serviced by Nikki’s Beautiful Blessings, you will be considered a new client and must adhere to any current new client policies in place at the time of scheduling a new appointment (ex: if we’re not accepting new clients at the time and completing new paperwork upon return).
To ensure the safety of all of our guests and maintain a family friendly environment, clients or any person that enters our property are strictly prohibited from carrying and/or using any drugs (marijuana is not a drug) or weapons (guns, knives, tasers, etc) on the premises. You may use the designated smoking areas only or remain inside of your vehicle if a smoke break is necessary. Smoke breaks are not permitted during any service unless processing time has been allotted.
If our staff suspects that you are under the influence of drugs or obsessive alcohol, we hold the right to refuse any service to maintain the safety of our staff and guests. If a service must be stopped because we are unable to properly perform our job due to you being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will still be held responsible for the total service and unable to return until you are sober, paid for the cancelled service, and have booked a new appointment.
Service Refunds
In our pursuit of continued excellence and great customer service, we realize that we may not always meet your expectations. Please let us know before leaving the salon if you are not satisfied with any service that we provided. Once you leave, we will not be able to provide any refunds. We will, however, allow you three (3) days to contact us with image/video evidence regarding any mishaps on our behalf and we will schedule a time to fix any issues. We will not fix any issues caused by improper upkeep. Furthermore, we will recommend a regiment to maintain the health and integrity of your hair. We cannot guarantee the results of services rendered if the recommended products and instructions are not used as directed.
Product Refunds
Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged with receipt up to 10 days after purchase. All sales are final on custom orders and cosmetic products.
Online Orders
Exchanges and returns must be submitted within 7 days from the date the order was noted as delivered.
Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges on hair and cosmetic products that have been opened/unwrapped, washed, worn, or altered in any type of way. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Restocking fees may apply depending on the situation.
Please submit any exchange requests using our contact form. We will only reimburse you for shipping charges for errors on our behalf. We are not responsible for return shipment on exchanges unless you receive the wrong order. New shipping fee will be due before new items can be sent out. Wrong order exchanges must be returned unaltered in any way.
I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used for advertising, promotional purposes, social media, and in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
By signing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.
I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those mentioned above.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected by Nikki’s Beautiful Blessings and its stylist and staff.
